1. About Palette Town

Palette Town (palettetown.co) is an independent online print shop selling Pokémon-inspired art prints. We are based in California, United States. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Palette Town.

2. Our Products

All prints sold on Palette Town are hand-drawn in Adobe Illustrator with a custom watercolor overlay applied to each design. They are artistic interpretations inspired by Pokémon Trading Card Game art and are not official Pokémon merchandise. Palette Town is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

4. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled by Gelato, our global print-on-demand partner. When you place an order, your details are passed to Gelato who produces and ships your print from the fulfillment center closest to your address. Production typically takes 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days for shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Gelato, shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Because every order goes into production shortly after it is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Please review your order carefully — including your shipping address — before completing checkout.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@palettetown.co and we will do our best to update it with Gelato before production begins. This cannot be guaranteed.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with Gelato to arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that the watercolor texture visible on all prints is an intentional part of the design and is not considered a defect.

7. Artwork & Reproduction

The artwork sold on Palette Town represents significant personal creative effort. Each design is hand-drawn and reflects our own unique artistic style and interpretation. While the underlying Pokémon characters are the intellectual property of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company, the specific artistic expression of each piece — including composition, color, shape work, and style — belongs to Palette Town.

We ask that you respect that creative effort. Prints purchased from Palette Town are for personal display only. Please do not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our artwork in any form.

8. Fan Art Disclaimer

Palette Town creates fan art inspired by the Pokémon franchise. Pokémon and all related names, characters, and trademarks are the property of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. Palette Town is an independent creator and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these companies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palette Town shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of California.
